This new action lets you select and record maintenance orders, including support for service items and hardgoods.
Users can select a trip and order and record the ordered maintenance as it is performed. Users can also manually add service items and hardgoods used to the order while in the field and add images to the history of the asset being maintained. Asset Intake Action (TrackAbout Mobile 7)
The new Asset Intake action lets users record key details when receiving an asset for maintenance, including asset information, ownership, and the issue or service requested.
To enable this action, please contact TrackAbout Support.
Add New Maintenance Work Order
You can now create maintenance work orders through TrackAbout Web.
The Add New Maintenance Work Order page (Orders > Add New Maintenance Order) lets you create maintenance work orders. You can specify the priority, planned maintenance date, and order sequence, among other details, and add service and consumable line items to the order.
Maintenance Work Order Search
You can now search for maintenance work orders using TrackAbout Web.
The new Maintenance Work Order Search page (Orders > Maintenance Work Order Search) gives you three ways to search for maintenance work orders.
-
Current Maintenance Work Orders — Search for orders with a planned delivery date of today and are not yet delivered or deleted, by branch.
-
Order Number — Search for a specific order by order number.
-
Advanced Search — Search for orders by any combination of branch, order number, and planned maintenance date range, as well as search fulfilled orders in addition to unfulfilled ones.
Maintenance Order History
The Maintenance Order Record provides a history of the actions recorded during the fulfillment of the order.
Maintenance Asset Images and PDFs
Both the Asset Intake and Maintenance Orders actions let you attach images to the record created by the action. Attached images can be viewed in the actions' record.
API
