Field Data Validation and Linking
Data collected in the field is validated in numerous ways:

1. Customizable rules built into the handheld validate barcode entry so that errant scans can’t take place; i.e. accidentally scanning a UPC label on a common grocery item.
2. Field data is compared to data in stored databases so that accurate match-ups are validated.

TrackAbout links data from disparate sources (accounting system, standalone databases, handhelds, etc.) to automatically prepare, send, validate and confirm data exports and imports.

TrackAbout enables the retrieval of online information sheets associated with specific asset tracking numbers. These sheets can be delivered in pdf or other formats.
